II. PLANNING PROCESS
LEARNING
Planning the learning process involves syllabus and the implementation plan learning (RPP), which contains the identity subjects, the standard of competence (SK), basic competencies (KD), an indicator of achievement competencies, learning objectives, teaching materials, time allocation, teaching methods, learning activities, assessment of results learning, and learning resources
A. Syllabus
Syllabus as a reference development RPP contains the identity of subjects or theme of the lesson, SK, KD, learning materials, Learning activities, indicators of achievement competency, assessment, allocation of time, and learning resources. Syllabus developed by: Education Unit
by:
• Content Standard (SI)
• Graduates Competency Standards (SKL)
• Guide the preparation of Level Curriculum
Unit
• Education (SBC).
In practice, Syllabus development can be done by:
> teachers either independently or
> clustered in a School/ Madrasah, or
> some schools Teachers Consultative Group
(MGMP), or
> Teacher Activity Center (PKG), and
> Department of Education
Development syllabus
Compiled under the supervision of agency county / city that is responsible in
education for elementary and junior high, and the provincial Department is responsible in
education for high school and vocational school,
and department which handles the affairs government in the field of religion for MI
 
Learning Implementation Plan
(RPP)
RPP is derived from the syllabus to direct learning activities participants students in an effort reached KD .Learning Implementation Plan. Every teacher in the educational unit obliged to compile a complete RPP and systematic so that the learning takes place in an interactive, inspiring, fun, challenging, motivating learners to actively participate and provide enough space for innovation, creativity, and independence in accordance with talents, interests, and physical development and psychological learners. Draft prepared for every KD which can be implemented in one session or more. Teachers design lesson plans 􀂀 fragment for each meeting adapted to the scheduling in the education unit
